2. Exchange Eligibility

An exchange request may be considered if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The issue must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery.

• The product must not have been used, washed, or altered.

• Original tags, packaging, and the invoice should be retained wherever applicable.

• Valid proof of the damage or defect must be provided for verification.

Exchange requests based on personal preference, change of mind, or issues unrelated to product damage or defects are not covered by our standard exchange policy.

3. How to Request an Exchange

Please follow these steps to report a damaged or defective product:

Use the subject line: Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

Step 2: Provide the Required Details

Include the following information in your email:

• Your order number.

• A copy or clear photograph of the invoice.

• Clear photographs showing the damaged or defective product.

• A photograph of the outer packaging and shipping label.

• A brief description of the problem.

• An unboxing video, if available.

Your photographs and other evidence should clearly show the reported damage or defect.

Step 3: Verification

Our team will review your request and the supporting evidence. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

We may contact you if additional information is needed. Please do not send the product back before receiving approval and return instructions from our team.

Step 4: Exchange Approval

Once the damage or defect is verified, we will confirm the next steps for the exchange, including the applicable return or pickup arrangements.

The exchange will normally be for the same product, subject to availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate alternative or another remedy as required under applicable law.

4. Refund Policy

Pushti24 does not offer general refunds for change-of-mind requests or reasons unrelated to product damage or defects.

For an approved damaged or defective product, our standard resolution is an exchange. However, if an exchange cannot be provided or a refund is required under applicable law, the appropriate remedy will be offered.

Where a refund is approved, the refund method and expected processing time will be communicated to the customer.

5. Missing or Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect product or find that an item is missing from your order, please contact us promptly with your order number, invoice, and supporting photographs.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

• Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

• Requests received after 3 calendar days may not qualify under our standard exchange policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

• Products should be retained in their original condition and packaging until our team provides instructions.

• Approval is subject to verification of the reported issue.

• Customers should not ship products to an address that has not been confirmed by Pushti24.
