Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For Domestic and Local/City Orders – Free shipping facility for orders with a minimum purchase value of INR 5,000 (India)

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make two attempts to deliver the order. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, the order may be returned. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Tampered Packages
