Pushti24 Policy!

Information on return eligibility, timelines and other terms & conditions for items purchased on pushti24.com

Once an order is confirmed, Pushti24 will not accept return or refund requests . However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our patrons to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties. 

Products eligible for return can be requested within 3 days from delivery date via email to 24pushti@gmail.com

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is physically damaged, defective, or has missing parts.

  • The item received is different from the description or image on the product detail page.

  • You have received an empty package.

  • Part of your order (such as an accessory) is missing.

To process refunds or replacements, you may be required to verify your identity by sharing valid identity proof.

Note:

  • Some orders may be split into multiple shipments, so you might not receive all products at once.

  • Each package will be delivered based on the expected delivery date shown on your Your Orders page.

Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 3-5 days after we receive and process your return. Refund in the form of Gift Cards can take 1 business day.

Pushti24 needs to be notified of Damaged product / Missing product / spoiled product within 3 days from delivery date via email to 24pushti@gmail.com

In case of Damaged product 

  • In the email, order number, image of invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of damaged product to be sent. 
  • In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
  • We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly and we will work with you on providing an amicable solution.
  • Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter. 

In case of Missing product

  • In the email, order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received to be sent. 
  • We will be unable to accept a refund request. But, we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product
  • Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter. 

Gift Cards, once purchased, cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded due to regulatory restrictions. (Please double-check the recipient details and amount before completing your purchase)

Adding Gift Card Balance

  • Redeem your Gift Card by entering the code in the “Add Gift Card Balance” section of your account.

  • Once redeemed, the amount will appear in your Gift Card Wallet and can be used for eligible purchases.

  • Gift Card balance cannot be transferred, withdrawn as cash, or converted to another form of payment.

Redemption & Usage

  • Gift Card balance can be used only for eligible items sold on our platform.

  • If your order total exceeds your Gift Card balance, the difference must be paid using another payment method.

  • If an order purchased with a Gift Card is cancelled or refunded, the amount will be re-credited to your Gift Card balance.

  • Gift Cards cannot be used to buy other Gift Cards.

  • They cannot be reloaded, resold, or redeemed for cash (except as required by law).

  • Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced. Keep your card details safe.

  • The company reserves the right to suspend or cancel Gift Cards in case of suspected fraud or misuse.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they have a size issue, are defective, or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send us an email at {your email address} with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo or video.

  2. Once your request is approved, please send the item to the following address:
    {your physical address}

Please ensure that the product is unused, with original tags, packaging, and invoice included when returning it.

Replacement cannot be delivered to a different address. We recommend returning the item for a refund (if the product is eligible for return) and place a new order with the new address.

In case you were not available, Delivery Agents will try up to three attempts to reschedule pick-up after calling and confirming with you. After three failed attempts, the pick-up will be cancelled.

Product verification failed: Delivery Agent will check the product during pick-up. If the verification fails, because the product is not in its original state (has been used, missing price tags etc.,) the delivery agent may cancel the pick-up.

Please note that the free shipping policy will apply only if specified so as part of promotional campaigns or special offers.

Please note our shipping policies as below -

A complete postal address including pin code, email id and contact number is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you complete your order.

If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days. 

However if some of the ordered items are not in stock, then we will get them produced and have them dispatched within 10 working days of the order being placed. We will keep you informed under such circumstances.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
